Fresh Thinking, New Success

BKSL just launched a brand-new project called Pancar Square, located near Spring Valley, right within the vibrant Sentul area in Bogor

This project features 21 exclusive shophouse units with a total marketing sales potential of IDR 35 bn.

With prices starting at IDR 15 mn/sqm, these shophouses are expected to sell out fast due to their limited availability.

Why is this project exciting?

Besides its prime location, the price is pretty competitive for the Sentul area.

Plus, these shophouses have a high business potential due to their proximity to residential areas and easy road access.

But that’s not all! BKSL is also relaunching Saffron Nobel Apartment, targeting IDR 212 bn in marketing sales.

BKSL has already sold 420 units of the Saffron Nobel project, but there are still 198 units available, ranging from apartments and penthouses to commercial spaces.

Unit handovers are scheduled for June 2025, making timely completion a top priority—any delays could impact revenue and buyer confidence.

But Saffron Nobel isn’t just about regular apartments.

It also offers luxurious penthouses and commercial spaces, providing even more value to the market.

In August, BKSL hit a record-breaking marketing sales of IDR 170 bn!

That’s a whopping 172% growth yoy and a 29% increase mom.

This incredible performance was largely driven by the Spring Garden project, which contributed IDR 121 bn in sales for August.

As of August 2024, BKSL’s retail sales have already hit IDR 901 bn, which is 75% of their annual retail sales target—meaning they are right on track to meet their goals for the year.

Even more impressive, BKSL has surpassed their overall 2024 target, achieving a staggering 130% of their goal.

Their total marketing sales have reached IDR 3 tn, largely driven by block sales, including IDR 2 tn from land sales in Genting.

This proves that the property market, especially in the Sentul area, remains highly attractive with strong demand from both investors and end-users.

On top of that, Sentul City officially launched their tourism board on August 16, 2024, further boosting the region's appeal.

The newly established Sentul Tourism Board (STB) is set to manage over 103 tourist spots and numerous culinary destinations across Sentul.

With this centralized body, tourism management in Sentul is expected to become more structured and efficient.

STB aims to elevate Sentul City’s image as a must-visit destination, simplifying visitor access to information on attractions and amenities, and driving more foot traffic to boost revenues.

With its support, Sentul can host new tourism programs and events, enhancing its overall appeal.

This initiative will not only position Sentul as a prime tourist destination but also spur growth in related sectors like hotels, restaurants, and entertainment, transforming the area into a vibrant hub for both residents and tourists.

Sentul City’s potential is undeniable.

Imagine this: Bogor alone welcomes 12 million visitors annually—more than the total number of foreign tourists coming to Indonesia at just 10 million per year.

If Sentul City can capture even a fraction of these visitors, it could be a game changer for local tourism development.

With all the positive momentum surrounding BKSL, this presents a compelling investment opportunity in BKSL’s bright future!
